 How to: Get Rid your Cellulite

The Cellulite Scrubbing Technique:


Technique 1: Coffee + Cane Sugar + Hot Water


Mix coffee grounds with Sugar and hot water in the shower and scrub for 10 minutes twice a week. Coffee increases circulation (and therefore, helps reduce the appearance of cellulite); it was fairly easy to apply the scrub. plus it had a refreshing smell. After 4 weeks of the coffee scrub you cellulite should be firmer and your leg should be smoother



Technique 2: Coconut Oil + Dry Brush

Rub coconut oil on the affected area, and then use a dry brush to massage and smooth the cellulite. The treatment will left the skin feeling sensitive and chaffed. But despite the sensitivity, the treatment will effectively reduce the cellulite appearance after 30 days.
