behold; she is the embodiment of Fashion Industry’s female Perfection, The
Supermodel!! The Gisele!!
Gisele is known for selling the fantasy, how it would be like to look perfect. But, in
the sea of gorgeous glamazon models, what makes her so special? The mile long legs? Check!, the impossible body? Check!,
The goddess face? Check!, the shimmering sun-kissed skin? Check!, The cascading hair? Check!,
and there are two more reasons that make her known as “The Boobs from Brazil” (Check!! And double Check!!). But, above
all of it, is her brilliance as a businesswoman, she was known for going from
high fashion to mass market and back to high fashion in a blink! Plus she is
one of the few girls who can sell covers like Ice cream in the middle of summer
day.
Before
her rise to fame, before Mario Testino, before being catapulted as the new era
of supermodel, she was criticizes a lot. Her boobs was too big, her face too
masculine, her nose was too distracting, her waist… etc… but, after appeared in
vogue cover, all the fashion people start to praise her look. This case prove a
point, where the subjectivity in fashion waver as the trend come and go… now
Gisele is the unstoppable force in fashion… and it will be a long period before
a new model can surpass her success in nabbing anything like her 25 million
dollar Victoria’s Secret mega-contract that put her existence on supermodel
map.
